This EA has been going through major development over the last couple of weeks. Demos have been turning good results and enhancements are being on a regular basis. The latest version (1.5.0) released today now includes 8 different entry options. The options can be chosen individually or multiples can selected. Also, each entry has it’s own settings providing even greater control over how and when the EA opens new orders.

The entry options now included are AshFX, AshFX II, Coin Toss, Heiken Ashi, Moving Average, MyFutureBAT, PipNailer, and SynergyMethod.

I would also like to mention that the EA Data Analyzer site continues to make progress and the database now contains over 17,000 trades from all the demos and live accounts that are running my EAs. Also, I’ve dusted off the DailyHighLow Indicator and was inspired to start a DailyHighLow demo which will be coming soon based on the original Daily95 setup and other demos like MyFutureBAT and RollerCoaster have been running for some time now as well.

I wanted to let everyone know whats been happening and what is going to be happening.

First things first… I’ve been working hard on the EADA behind the scenes but it’s still at least a month away from completion. My apologies to those who’ve been waiting but this has proven to be a large task for a single developer (me) to complete but it will be completed.

Second… I’ve completed working with Ben to get the CrazyPyramid AutoTrader coded. He and I are testing for the next 2 days or so. If everything looks ok with it then I plan to post it under the “Expert Advisor (Downloads)” section. Anyone with a Lifetime membership will have the chance to download this EA and test it themselves.

For those who are not familiar with the strategy, you should take a look at the links below.

It’s an exciting twist and has proven through Ben’s demo testing to be profitable.

Also, Ben and I have both began using MyFXBook.com to keep track of our demo testing. You can view the latest results in our signatures.

My personal testing has included AshFX, MyFutureBAT, and the WeeklyOpen for now and will expand over time. Updated posts have also been made to their appropriate threads on each of these demos.

and a final FYI on Lifetime membership…

On Saturday (October 31st) I am raising the price for Lifetime members to $500. Existing Lifetime members are covered and anyone who had access to an individual EA will still have access to everything they had before. As a result of the increase I will be offering subscriptions again for $50/month. Any member who keeps a subscription for a full 12 months ($600) will be automatically upgraded to Lifetime membership status. Of course subscriptions may be canceled at any time and it’s a good way for new users to try the EAs. EAs available to subscription members will time out at the end of each month but will be able to work for live or demo accounts.

For any Lifetime members… You should download the EA Data Analyzer client in the downloads section if you’re running any demo accounts. Even though the website’s front-end is not complete the database is still growing with trades from anyone testing with this software installed. In fact, we currently have 11,453 completed trades in the database right now. Every demo, EA, and settings variation helps make the data more useful and will eventually allow everyone to view those results through the website.

If you would like to take advantage of the current price please click here. At the moment there are 14 different EAs for Lifetime Members.

Just thought I should say something for those who are wondering…

I am making progress with the Data Analyzer site although it has proven itself to me that the task is greater than I originally imagined. I will complete the site but it’s taking longer than I anticipated.

In the mean time, The database is growing with over 10,000 completed trades on a number of different Forex EAs (AshFX, AshFX II, RollerCoaster, PipNailer, MyFutureBAT, SynergyMethod, etc.). Some very solid results have been made showing profits with AshFX and MyFutureBAT. I’m sure there are others but this is just a result of me taking a close look at those 2 directly.

Please be patient, the EA Data Analyzer site will be completed and new EAs will be developed.

I would also like to mention that the current cost for Lifetime membership to my site is $100. This gives the user the ability to download and use any EA I currently have developed and any EAs I will develop in the future. This one-time payment will be going up shortly after the release of the EA Data Analyzer site. If you would like to take advantage of the current price please click here. At the moment there are 13 different EAs for Lifetime Members.

For a limited time, I’ve decided to reduce the cost for a Lifetime membership on my forums. Lifetime membership gives users access to download my Expert Advisors. I’ve decided to do this since some members are having a hard time financially right now and have expressed an interest in becoming a Lifetime member but have been unable to at this time. The Lifetime membership has been dropped from $200 to $100 for a short time. Registering on the forums is and always will be free but access to download the actual EAs carries with it a fee. By paying this one-time fee (Lifetime membership fee) you will be given access to download all existing EAs and any future EAs that will be developed. Since the site went live back in August 2008, I’ve gone from 6 EAs to a total of 13 right now and have plans to continue developing new EAs on a regular basis. Updates, enhancements, bug fixes, etc. are all included in the Lifetime membership.

Thanks again to all those who have supported me along the way.

Some major work has been completed. Expert Advisors that now include money management are AshFX, BreakoutSentinel, DailyHighLow, DailyHighLow Reverse, MyFutureBAT, PipNailer, RollerCoaster, SynergyMethod, and WeeklyOpen. Also, version numbering has been revised to more easily track changes to the EAs.

I know it’s been a long wait but I’ve just completed some new and exciting revisions to the AshFX and PipNailer EAs. These changes include money management, additional blackout hour settings, and new percentage settings that allow the user to adjust the percentage for take profits and stop losses. User can now configure the EA to take 55% of the suggested take profit and risk only 60% of the stop loss. Users can even increase percentages to values greater than 100% (i.e. take 125% of the suggested take profit rather than 100%). These revisions open up to two Expert Advisors to even more possibilities.

Well, 2008 was a good year for starting my own forums. The site has grown to 1000+ posts, 100+ members, 12 EAs (Expert Advisors), 1 indicator, and some really big development projects on the horizon. It’s hard to believe that back in August of 2008 I left ForexFactory.com to start my own development site for supporting my EAs. At that time there were only 6 EAs and in 4 months that doubled.

For 2009, I have big plans to develop 1-3 (solid) EAs per month along with some indicators here and there. These EAs will be based on solid strategies that have proven themselves over time and with much testing having already been done to prove it. In addition, there is the EA Data Analyzer project I’m working on that will collectively gather information from any user that decides to share their results while using one of my own EAs.

If you’d like to see the site statistics for 2008 you can click here. For those of you who’ve stumbled upon this site, if you’re interested in the Forex market and running Expert Advisors then you should seriously take a look at my forums and the development I’ve done.

We’re building a strong community and I appreciate all those who’ve supported me along the way.

I know my demo testing has been on hold lately but I’ve been making good progress on EA updates and new programming of EAs. Major testing will be underway again around the first of the new year.

Perhaps by then I may have the EA data collector application/website in beta. For those who don’t know what I’m talking about… In brief it will collect trade data sent from the EAs (if specified) and collect all the information on my main server in a SQL database. From there I will program a website around the data that can be filtered in tons of ways to analyze all of the collected data contributed by anyone who chose to allow the EAs to send it. I’m extremely excited about this project as it will take all of our demo/live testing to a whole new level. The database will not only store the resulting trades but also the settings that produced those results. Then if someone wants to get a clear picture for settings on a particular EA/setup/Pair/broker it can all be done using the website. Access to that site will be free to any lifetime members. That project alone is a major undertaking from a programming aspect and will add value to an already valuable package of EAs.

Does anyone have suggestions for the new site as far as functionality goes or things you’d like to see/do with it? I welcome your feedback.

I’ve recently found myself very motivated and anxious to keep the development rolling right along. As for which EA is next? Maybe you could help me to decide. I just finished posting new threads about a bunch of trading systems I read about on ForexFactory.com at one point or another. Some still look to have potential and so I’m putting them all out there for a vote. Which new Expert Advisor would you like to see me develop next?
